Our company is based in the United States and all orders are fulfilled from our warehouse in the USA. Orders are usually processed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days of being placed, unless otherwise noted.
Estimated delivery times for domestic (USA and UK) and international orders are as follows:
- Domestic (USA and UK): 7-10 business days
- International: 10-20 business days
Please note that these are just estimates and actual delivery times may vary depending on a number of factors such as the destination, customs clearance, and the efficiency of the local postal service.

How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at Help@Fivamo.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Do you offer delivery to PO BOXES or MILITARY APO/FPO addresses?
Yes, we can send shipments to PO Boxes and Military APO/FPO addresses.
will I be charged vat taxes?
items shipping internationally from the us are shipped ddu (delivered duty unpaid) and we do not collect vat (value added taxes). all taxes, duties, and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient of the package.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item Fivamo.com is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at Contact@Fivamo.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.
